Remote support prices

Remote support and remote control are usually priced per call, per hour, or as a service package:

  • One-off fault / single call (up to half an hour)

    120–180 ₪

    A quick fix, such as setting up email, a printer, or installing software.

  • Full hourly rate

    180–300 ₪ per hour

    For deeper faults, virus cleanup, or network setup.

  • Hour bank / business retainer

    120–200 ₪ per hour

    When you buy a package of 5–10 hours or more in advance.

  • Minimum charge

    100–120 ₪

    A minimum charge is usual, for example a base charge of 100–120 ₪ for the first quarter-hour or half-hour.

Chrome Remote Desktop, short version

On the computer that needs help, open remotedesktop.google.com/support, install the add-on, and generate a code. Give the 12-digit code to the technician. When the request appears, tap Share. The connection always needs your approval, or a PIN you chose.

Fill in your details and tap Send on WhatsApp — a chat opens with the message ready. Just confirm and send.
